Good news is, he basically cannot have assets in his name without having to pay out the families. Similar to the Metzger situation, it should legitimately impact his ability to operate.

That is absolutely the best end for the company that Alex Jones created. Elsewhere on the Internet, the suggestion was that the families of Sandy Hook decided to forego some of their settlement dollars to allow for the wholesale disposal of this company into Onion hands, rather than the possibility that things might be broken into pieces to be sold to the very highest bidders for them.
