Now, nobody needs to pop up here and enlighten us all on the difference between raisin production and mummy production. That is REALLY not the point of this conversation, and hence, not the point of this post! Just answer the poll.

Edit: Wow, somebody here answered really fast. I'm not naming names, but I pretty much blinked and - there it was!

I don't believe Egyptian mummies were raisiny at the time of Pharoahs. Some cultures without good embalming did turn out poor product.

Historically, mummies came long before grapes. Also, Mummification is a rather broad term, raisinification is a fate which only happens to grapes. Hence answer a.

On the grounds more people consider either/both grapes and raisins food than they do humans and mummies.
