Maybe you didn't play it? It's a handclap game. You go in a circle, and on the last lines the person whose turn it is tries to hit the hands of the next person, as you've been doing all game, but the next person tries not to get slapped. Which you haven't been doing all game.

I'm pretty sure the idea of a "contagious" vaccine gone awry was the underlying rationale for at least one zombie book series that I've read :D "we were just trying to cure the common cold!"
