the glasses thing pisses me off. Medi-Cal won't cover glasses, either, and I happen to be legally blind without them. :(

I had an eye exam this afternoon and my puils are dilated, so I can't see very well. I thought you said.

My optometrist doesn't use drops anymore, he has a machine that takes a photo. That's better on his side too, because he can compare results from year to year rather than relying on notes. He said it was expensive, but more than paid for itself within a year. You might bring it up with your eye doctor next year.

My optometrist is transitioning into retirement, so I don't think he's looking for new equipment to buy and learn. :-)

Welcome, hon, and since it's the 31st now, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

I don't want our carriers out trying to drive in snow and sleet. It's three thousand miles from my house to yours; even in perfect weather, that's not a quick trip. Hey, at least they're not doing it on horseback! That must have really sucked; especially for the horses.

Understandable! When you pick a new one, I'd keep it in mind, though - there is no way I'd go back to one who uses drops unless the others were all incompetent.
