Didn't know that nutritional yeast could be used as a flavouring. Now I know why all the vegan cheese recipes I looked up for my sister (she can't really eat dairy anymore) had yeast in them.

You just need to find one that's more mild and less yeasty.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the health food section of the store should have some. Of course, now my sister's gone without cheese for long enough that she seems willing to chance having dairy occasionally.
