The first year we just weren't ready, and the second we were ready to do it online, but they'd only let us do it via a phone call (probably the phone wasn't paid off) and we weren't ready for that.
But now that line's off, and so is this other random line that we're not sure why it was on there, plus we realized we can save $60 by switching to autopay and paperless billing, so that's quite a lot of cash saved every month.
