I have, for the past several years, developed a rule which makes my life much happier: I only discuss Israel and peace/war with total strangers, not with people I know. So I'm screening comments on this subject. Of course, we're all deeply concerned about all loss of life, particularly among non-combatants, and I think we can all agree that unprovoked attacks are not morally justifiable.
