It's been years since I've had this problem

but I guess everything comes around again, because four times in the past week I had to tell people that all caps is an accessibility issue and they shouldn't abuse it. Like, seriously, there is no excuse for three paragraphs that way. I'm not perfect, and no doubt type in all caps way more than is reasonable but there are limits.
