I have absolutely NO sentimentality about those behemoths, none at ALL.

The call went all right, except that there was a *ton* of background noise, which seems like an especially big problem when you consider the demographic most likely to need the equipment they rent out, and also the call took so long that by the end of it the person who set up the pickup appointment had apparently forgotten which social script he was supposed to be following and expressed his wish that I should have a nice day.

Yeah, I'll... I'll get right on that?

It wasn't his fault, people go on autopilot.
