Jul. 16th, 2021 02:20 amI had to go with somebody to urgent care just yesterday (no big deal, not that urgent in retrospect) and in urgent care triage I saw a sign with a new-to-me usage on it.
This is paraphrased because you're not really supposed to take photos and the nurse was like right there and I didn't think "So sorry, can you stop triaging for a sec and just lean a bit to the right so I can take a picture of this interesting sign" would go over too well.
Italics mine, of course. The meaning was clear, but I've never seen/heard that jargon before! Is it universally widespread in medical circles, or is it more limited by area as well?

After covid test, remember to result the chart. Patients cannot be seen if the chart has not been resulted.
