Yesterday I was in the city and I picked up a cat shedder comb

Callie has been shedding so much it was becoming rather urgent. Took off enough fur to make a little kitten out of it!

Poor darling. All while I was combing her she was giving me the "I love and trust you, but I am uncomfortable with this" purr. Sad to say, she doesn't actually get to voice an opinion so long as I'm not hurting her. She doesn't understand, but she'll feel much better now.
