Damnit!

The House votes to defund Planned Parenthood. Because of the abortions. For those of you following along at home, do try to remember that government money never goes towards abortions performed at Planned Parenthood. This has nothing to do with babies, nor yet embryonic blobs of stuff. It has to do with all the other services provided by Planned Parenthood - the contraceptive help, the medical exams, the bulk of what they do.

Of course, they also voted to pretty much wipe out any money for health care. But don't worry, they're not cutting the budget EVERYWHERE. No, that would be silly! Government *does* have to provide some things. I'm pleased to say that Nascar is still safe from budget cuts!
