Okay, so, this woman has an opinion on recess

One I firmly disagree with her upon. I know from past posts that she *is* likely to listen to new information, so does anybody have any good links on the importance of recess? That's in addition to, not instead of, a gym class - I agree that good physical education is a good idea in schools, but there's no reason it should supplant recess entirely.
