Most of them are nonsensical, not very difficult to say, or just variations of "woodchuck" with the wood and chuck swapped out for other words.

But I found one that I really like today:

Reading and writing are richly rewarding.

It's pretty, it doesn't look as hard as it is (it's the writing), and it has a nice moral in it. Unlike seventy-seven benevolent elephants, which I intend to toss into I'm Going on a Trip one of these days because it is impossible to just throw into casual conversation.

I need an icon with my favorite ever, known since childhood (my sister practiced with a short version before admitting to my parents she could speak): You know New York, you need New York, you know you need unique New York.

Yeah. It goes for original stuff too.

If your character (let's call him Monk) is very smart in a limited way (let's say he solves cases really well and quickly - though I do take issue with his sometime trend of finding the killer FIRST and then working backwards... I mean, hypothetically, I would), and the facts are SO OBVIOUS that even the very clueless in the audience (let's pretend that person is me) figure it out about three minutes after the dead guy is revealed? (No, seriously, I often am startled and surprised by things that everybody else considers obvious in fiction. And I read a LOT, too.)

Monk shouldn't take another ten minutes to work it out.

DUH.

Duh, duh, duh, duh, duh, duh, duh!

If you can't solve cases faster than Monk can, you can at least write them harder.
