I've just now, over the past 24 hours, cataloged every last stinking one of the board books, and divided them into three categories - outgrown, fine the way they are, and oh wow I can get this in paperback. With a bonus option of "my god, this is in terrible shape, is it even a book anymore?" just for fun.

I now have 225 different books listed on GoodReads and LibraryThing and a whopping 278 reviews on Amazon (and one list! because over on Amazon I don't restrict myself to books we actually own. Games and library books and books I decided not to get for various reasons, I review those too.

Whew!

UPDATE! CRUCIAL UPDATE!

Ana can now, officially ride her bike up and down the block.

Without help or training wheels.

At the risk of being trite and just a bit out of date, let me say w00t. W00t!

Evangeline can ride her trike without assistance too, and stay on the sidewalk while she does it. She did try getting help by saying "I can't because DIS ped-o is up and the OTHER ped-o is down", but we sorted that out without her having to be pushed. So, again, w00t!

There's just no other appropriate word.
