I could see Landover Baptist endorsing this guy. But I'm told he's serious. *shudders*

In other news, read today's sinfest. I seriously identify with Pooch. I just wanna play with the pigeons!

But Connie, pigeons are so dirty! *shudders* My great-grandmother used to say that they have "dirty little britches." I agree. I am always deeply disturbed whenever I see pigeons walking all over the tables of outdoor cafes.

"But I don't wanna be Elfstar anymore!"

Seriously, when you need a laugh, go there.

It's probably because I associate pigeons with cities. We don't have any out here, though we do get seagulls every once in a while even though we're no where near a sea. Cities are always filthy, and I always seem to see a higher concentration of pigeons in the dirtiest areas, probably because there is more likely to be scraps of food there.

But, I also think all birds are dirty. It's irrational. But I know with the illogical side of my mind that birds = dirty. I doubt anything short of divine intervention will change that conviction. It's just one of my tics, I think. Like not liking orange.

It's not that irrational. Birds can spread all sorts of nasty diseases. Many doctors tell people with immune system problems and/or pregnant women to not own birds.
