I kind of hate the assumption that because these parents are neo-Nazis, they must be child abusers. Believe me, I hate white supremacists as much as the next embarrassed white person, but repellent ideology doesn't necessarily translate to abuse or neglect. Ditto illiteracy, poverty, or childhood history.
Granted that unemployed, uneducated parents can have a difficult time providing for their children; I'm still waiting for actual evidence of neglect.
