I don't think so. That one is pretty unambiguously parodied (many iterations ago) from "Poor Little Country Maid". The spoken melody of "Boys Go to Jupiter" is different, as is the rhythm, including the pauses. They could be related, but I don't think they are.

Not that I have any *evidence*, of course.
