Because it's yummy :)
Ingredients:
1 large can of whole tuna
Mayo
Paprika
Ideally, carrots and celery, but it was not to be :(
Pepper, ground
Soy sauce
Ginger root, grated (good luck with that)
Two or more cloves of garlic, pressed (good for your health, and about the only way I can stomach raw garlic is to hide it in something)
Scallions, chopped (onions are too strong for the kiddos right now, and they hurt my eyes anyway)
Juice of an entire lime
Basically, just mix the whole thing until it tastes right. This is a good way to cook, but a bad way to write cookbooks, I know. I plan on putting the kids' servings on mini bagels and topping them with the Thai Sweet Chili Sauce since Angelique and Evangeline seem to like that.

As yummy as the tuna salad is alone, it's even yummier with that thai sauce, by the way. MmmmmmMMMmmmmMMMMMmmmm.
