In your case (and of course, I know nothing *about* your case, so do correct me if my assumptions are wrong), I'd suspect a sturdy stroller could help you stay upright, much like a walker. You hold on to the stroller with both hands and walk.

But riding in a wheelchair works just as well, and is more up-close-and-personal.
