I just got a really nice Masala Chai from a place called Tea Aura. It might just be one word. I think it's my new favorite. Expensive, though. I splurged, spent about $10 for 2 ounces.

Mmm, I'll try it. I actually just used black tea and spices from a recipe.

How does that work? Do you use loose tea and put them all in a tea filter?

I'm not sure how most people do it, but I heated the spices in a pot with milk to nearly boiling while I prepped the tea - black tea, two bags per cup, because I like my tea strong. (Yes, teabags.) Then I just added milk to the tea until it was at the right chai taste.
