Does anybody know what language this is?
I don't need a translation, I read the English part before.

Looks to be Hmong, per the Google Translate auto-detect.

Google Translate suggests Hmong.

Another line of evidence converging on the Hmong suggestion:
When I websearched "txham" (as a distinctive-looking word), it led me to this page:
https://city.milwaukee.gov/Coronavirus/hmn/Treatment
In the URL of that page is "hmn", which is a language code for Hmong, according to Wikipedia. Oh, and at the top of the page there are language links for "EspaƱol" and "Hmong".

A SE Asian friend thinks it smells as if it comes from somewhere like Vietnam or Thailand so that fits the Hmong hypothesis.
