This makes sense to me.
Also? They're 400 - 400 - times more likely to get aggressive towards their own crying babies. This also makes sense to me, and is a good reason to reiterate that anybody who feels frustrated with their crying child should stop, put the kid down, and take a breath somewhere else. Because we're not monkeys. (No tails.)
