Jenn had better be home soon, that's all I have to say

Ana broke my glasses. Snapped the frames. I *like* these glasses, and I'm half blind without them. They're *barely* holding together. Ana can play by herself until her parents get home. Shouldn't be too long, so it's not as bad as it sounds.

Life is full of hard lessons, one of them being: If you break someone's personal posessions, specifically one that they need in order to function propperly, then they're not gonna want to play with you.

She's only two? Oh. Good to learn that lesson young, then.

No, I agree. Perhaps it was a tad harsh, but 1) I'm sure that this decision was as you insist for the best, and 2) children are extremely resiliant. I'm sure that she'll bounce back from any anger she feels toward you for this in no time.

Sympathy for the glasses. I know your pain. x.x

And leaving a link to an article I found somewhat amusing.

(I may not read anything other than Yahoo! News, but at least they have interesting oddities of articles.)

Monkeyfilter.com (http://www.monkeyfilter.com): Like Metafilter, but less with 10% less stupid. And many more monkeys! It originally began when MeFi clsoed down its membership for a while, so with MeFi's permission (I would assume) they started an un-MeFi MeFi-clone.
