Oh, as for "more likely to die in premature accidents"? If that's true, then it's more likely to be because of a lack of lefty-geared tools than a lack of spatial skills. Though I'd rather be a lefty with a righty parachute than the other way around....

Oh yes. Handedness is truly a poor term for that sort of thing. Usually people also have a "leggedness" and an "earedness" and all - the two sides might not even match up evenly.
