I'm not quite the linguistic goddess I prefer to be called.

But I do know a few things, and one of those things is that Languages Are Complex. Except Pidgins.

I defy you to find me a natural language where you can't say pretty much anything somehow, or which doesn't have a simpler way to say something your own language needs a circumlocution for, or which doesn't allow you to make complex sentences, or which people aren't able to learn simply. Not a pidgin, though, they don't count.

*stares at clock*

Edit: Oh, and let's not have a repeat of the infamous "two people defriended me and I got insulted a lot" fight, okay? I'm pissy because I'm tired.

Oh no, all languages are roughly equivalent. But obviously, I can't tell you what I've found language lacking at explaining.
