I know, I've been silent today.

Kinda busy. Scary, right? There's this thing called the real world. *shudders*

Anyway, gonna be gone watching Monk soon. I love Monk. *hugs* Just one tiny thought....

I saw a commercial earlier for orange juice. In the commercial you saw lots of active little oranges jumping rope, running, and diving into a pool of orange juice.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks that's perverse.

*poofs*

Djusk' a!

Edit: Two comments made me think of this. If you are what you eat, and if what you eat was apparently suicidal, does that make you suicidal? When the aliens invade with their cookbooks, will you be the first on line?

I always thought that the singing/dancing food exhorting you to consume it was weird to begin with. It was parodied to great effect (in my opinion, anyway) in the Lion King, with Timon and Pumbaa "dressing up in drag and doing the hula" and singing about how tasty the warthog is to an audience of hyenas.

Tatercide!!!!!!!!!

We were getting the giggles with our cashier at the drug store once when we purchased some potato snack that showed an excited-looking potato jumping into a French-fry maker!!

I always thought logos and such of animals eating things made from the same species was disturbing. For instance, there is this barbeque place nearby whose logo has a cartoon pig drooling over a plate full of ribs. Granted they could be beef ribs, but it's still strange.
