*sighs*

Please, if you like those Diane Duane books, please join [livejournal.com profile] youngwizards. I feel so bad to see it so neglected. You can start book-related-drama*, I promise! Criticize her books! Tell them what you think of, say, A Wizard Alone, which *nobody* ever seems to mention, or what you think of the summer-that-lasted-several-years.

Or at least vote in the poll.

I have the only votes. I feel so alone.

*Drama doesn't mean drama. It means discussion. And activity.

That's odd, you shouldn't have the only votes... I've been a member there for a while, and I voted before you posted this. :)

I'm going back and re-reading all of the YW books one-at-a-time. There were certain ones that didn't appeal to me as much, but I'm not sure if it was how she wrote them, or the subjects, or the characters -- I'm hoping re-reading them as an actual series (I bought them helter-skelter) will give me a better idea. Maybe I'll post on that on the group this evening, and see what others prefer/think...

I've only read the first three. But I promise to join once I read the later ones.

My opinions on fanfic vary tremendously with the quality... and some with the plot archetype too.

I'm trying to trim comms, not add them. :(
