It also doesn't say anything about the difference between the scientific and the common definitions of the word "theory", meaning that it implies a lot more than what you'd hope it implies. Additionally, the phrase "not a fact" is... well, stupid. Something can be a fact even if it is unproven. Really, that's what gives the lie to their statement that it "encourages critical thinking". How could it, when the sticker says "not a fact" like that?
