Note that that particular study of N95 and other masks was about source control (protecting others from you), not personal protection. Also that it looked at very few actual types of masks: a Vflex N95, some stiff KN95, a couple others. So conclusions like "cloth protects others better than KN95s" would be too strong. Safe is "wearing a duckbill is a good idea".

There is a recipe for beef fudge in the New York Times Heritage Cook Book. I have made it. It was not bad. I have never made any recipe from that book that didn't turn out well.

I note that I have not made the Dymples Cake recipe from there. It calls for regular cake ingredients and then sausage meat and jujubes/gum drops (but not the black ones [their words][because _that_ would be weird -- my words]).
