Yeah, the bushes are gonners that I planted

But I know what the problem is - I had thought the patch I chose was less ragweed infested, hoo-boy I was wrong. There is no way we got enough of the root structure out before we put the bushes in. I'll do a big push, clear it all out, and order larger plants to try again. And this time I'll add some nice compost to the soil before I put them in, mulch them after, that should help.

There's some vine on the back fence that I don't know if we want or not. I need to take a picture so I can figure out what it is.

Twice now various neighbors have trimmed my ivy and then proudly told me they cut down my "poison ivy". Guys, it's not poison ivy. It's just ivy ivy. Do... do all my neighbors not know what ivy looks like? Apparently not!

I forgot to pick up the raspberry, I'll do it first thing tomorrow.

Somebody finally finished the corn from the squirrel feeder, but given the presence of turkey poop I think it may have been a turkey and who wants that?

Our major vine problem is nightshade.

Deadly. It's a pest.

I have Virginia creeper behind my house and people seem to mistake it for poison ivy as well. They look nothing alike to me.

Too bad about the bushes.

Maybe you could entice the turkey to hang around until November?
