Mayo, gross? Au contraire! It's white, it's fluffy, it's French - what more do you want? Easy to make, too.

Fluffy is not the word I would use for it. Generally, it's a texture nightmare for me, even as a condiment, so the thought of drinking it is viscerally upsetting.
