Gay couples in Oklahoma challenge adoption law

Article here

Talking about kids, I've almost given up making the babies actually nap. I've resorted to just putting them in the crib together and telling them that if they don't sleep, I don't care, but they're going to be quiet for an hour. That *should* knock them out nicely, and if it doesn't, well, they miss a nap. There's worse things.

Three homosexual couples filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday seeking to overturn a law that prohibits Oklahoma from recognizing adoptions by same-sex couples from other states and countries.

If OK is not recognizing adoptions that are legal in other states, aren't they violating the 'full faith and credit' clause in the Constitution?

There's either more to this, or I'm confused as to why they think they can get away with it.
