I had to run down to CVS to pick up medication

and was thwarted in easily obtaining the medicine after the fact because of the plexiglass shields. We had to jiggle them around to pass the medicine and my ID back and forth.

The pharmacist today is 6'7". I know this because his nametag used to state his height instead of his name. They made him change it back, which is probably a mistake because I doubt anybody ever wanted to know his name, but clearly everybody wants to know exactly how tall he is.

6'7" is sufficiently tall that his nose is above the top of the plexiglass. I knew it was just hygiene theater, but this is ridiculous!

Haha, that's funny.

A store I went to had plexiglass tall enough for the person sitting at the cash, but definitely shorter than me, the standing customer. Guys...

When I used to work at Mrs. Fields cookies most of us didn't put our real names on our name tags, just names of TV characters, etc.

I find it utterly hilarious he had his height on his name tag! Too bad some dour old stick in the mud made him change it.
