Amazingly enough, I'm not surprised by this. But then I work in retail, so my threshhold for incredulity at monstrous stupidity is pretty high.

Poor me because I work in retail, or poor me because I can hear about a moron who almost blows up a hospital floor, then sets off a sprinkler deliberately, then bitches about his dry-clean-only jacket, then resists arrest, and react with only mild surprise?
