A common error....

In fact, boiled eggs go bad much faster than raw ones.

Happy Easter, Happy spring, have a happy everything. (And also Passover, but I don't seem to have any Passover links right now.)

The fanciest Easter eggs are dyed raw! When I was in college a Ukrainian woman taught us how to do designs with melted wax and multiple dyes. They don't smell and over time the inside dries out. Of course, you can't eat them and you want to be careful not break one open a month after it's been sitting out! ... After about 20 years, the one I made disintegrated. No smell, at all.

Boiled eggs don't get a chance to go bad, 'round here. It's what makes 'em good to make when the eggs are at their expiration date. O;>

Hoppy Easter!
