1. Why is this ep 10 minutes shorter than it should be? What did they cut?
2. Where is regular Lorca now?
3. Typical. Mirror Lorca groomed Mirror Michael for years, and all the Emperor can say about it is that Michael betrayed her for him.
4. If we knew more about Stamets' normal, non-fungal personality, we'd see how evil his mirror counterpart is or isn't.
5. Is the doctor really really dead then? Like really really?
6. L'Rell warning the afterlife that Voq was on his way. I teared up. But meh, she's incompetent as hell, so maybe he's still in there! But recovering.

As for Stamets...I've said it elsewhere; the trouble with him is that Paul Stamets loves Paul Stamets best of all. He actually doesn't buy much into Starfleet (we had several scenes like that); he doesn't show that much affection with Hugh (though he does state his love, so that's worth something); he can be a right asshole in the right universe. Stands to reason he might not be much worse in the Mirror!verse. Darkly lit and all that jazz, maybe, but did you see him as extremely different in the fungal garden? I didn't.
Really really dead...my hope is that, because I seem to recall that the spore drive allows time travel in addition to universe-hopping, Stamets can hop back and right the timeline, save Culber. Then again -- the ripple effect will undo everything, and unlike Agents of SHIELD I cannot see this show doing so.
Hey, I like L'Rell. Well. For a cultist Klingon, at any rate.
