So I've decided to just suck it up and accept the lousy ToS

I've got a few stubborn holdouts, some of whom I value very much, so I feel I'm stuck with this.

(VERY stubborn holdouts.)

I've made my decision and stumbled onto a new problem - I can't find the damn thing! Admittedly, I haven't looked that hard, but I'm lazy and don't quite wanna. Anybody have a direct link?

The TOS has just popped up for most people, so I don't really know. It came up while I was in the middle of reading a friend's entry and I was forced to agree or just log out, so I agreed. It's pretty much badly translated word salad, and it even says the english translation isn't legally binding.

I'm hoping the holdouts will eventually make their way over here so I can just get away from livejournal, because I'm kind of uncomfortable with it at this point, but I don't want to leave anybody behind.

It should just pop up, but if you have noscript it might be suppressing the pop-up.

It's a javascript popup. Access it from a browser you don't normally use and don't have extensions on, log in, and you should be able to accept it.

I know some people who have stuck around who deleted all their content and are just using it to read.

I couldn't make myself do that - but most of those I follow don't post any more, are on DW also, or post only or mostly public so I can follow via /syn/ here.

The LJ TOS is here, they linked to it in the announcement in LJ news. But I don't know that there's a link to accept it there (I'd already accepted to regain access before migrating).
