WTF is up with all the subway shootings lately? Five in six weeks? This is NOT normal. And you have to take the train, you always need to get to work or school or wherever.

Well poor economy tends to increase violent crime rates so that might have something to do with it.

Five in a month? The only good thing is they seem to be unrelated.

I dunno, it would almost be better if they were related because it means they only have to catch one person. But then, if they're unrelated perhaps they'll die down? Tricky tricky. Either way, it pisses me off that guys are doing that. I love the NYC subway ;_;

And this when Letterman is touting that violent crime on the subway is down... or is it one of those tounge-in-cheek jokes for locals only? Hmmm.
