Gargoyles? Awesome! I've heard so many good things about this show that I really want to see it.

(Also, for people not living in the US, the Hola Unblocker will make this problem go away. :~D)

I look forward to it, although it'll have to wait until the Olympics are over and I've finished Sleepy Hollow (and some other things I'm supposed to be watching...).

That's fair. :~) I try to ignore the specifics of the Biblical stuff, because otherwise I just want to check if that's actually what the Bible says about the subject - and I'm not even Christian. The same with other religions, although The Almighty Johnsons and Thor have made me more relaxed when it comes to Norse interpretations, as they are very creative in their changes.

That is so very true.

Ah, so this is the good kind of screaming, eh? Carry on, then! Woohoo, yippie tie one on!

For a television show? Girlfriend, you've gotta get out more. But WOOHOO! just the same!

Do you have snow-boots? I've got a nice pair here, black, ladies' size 9, that I can mail to you if that's any help - they were my daughter's, but she doesn't want them, so they're going to Goodwill unless you do.

Ha, "try finding that" - that's my size too, after one factors in the orthotic insoles and heavy wool hiking socks I always wear. Without them I'm a 9 1/2 or 10. I hate shoe shopping.

Heh, I have far too many boots. I have snow boots and riding boots I haven't worn for years, but one never knows; I might discover the Elixer of Youth and need them again. I have big rubber muck-boots, my dear Adventure Boots, that unfortunately leak badly now because I adventured in them so much, but I haven't thrown them out yet because. I have fine city boots to go with the clothes I'm too fat for now even if I had any occasion to wear them, which I don't. I have Elf boots, Viking boots, Mongol boots, Pirate boots, and three different pairs of faux Ugg boots, one of which I'm wearing. There are probably others back there that I'm forgetting.

If you change your mind, I have a pair of plain dark-chocolate-brown knee-high Eddie Bauer leather boots lined in lambswool, size 11, that I've only ever worn a few times. They look and smell almost new, and they're quite cozy - 1-inch heel, heavy-tread composition sole. It doesn't snow here enough these days that I need such boots, and I don't get up in the mountains in winter any more, whereas your corner of the country seems to be getting an extra helping of snow. Offer will stay open indefinitely, unless some other big-footed lady needs 'em - "Boots of stout bosk-hide, oft-sung for their size.".
