We read about this guy in Not Even Wrong. The real tragedy is that because of his illegal activity he is permanently barred from ever having a job with NYCTA.

They don't say what the new "therapy" is to be. I certainly hope it involves actual trains in some way.
I know. The whole thing is so stupid, because when he has driven trains he has been able and competent at it. People have begged, please, just let him get a job at the transit museum, and the judges say no. It's like barring people from using computers.
