I have no idea how I got this support point, since I'm not that helpful and I spend a lot of my time there... well, not being very supportive, but I have a support point!

If you help people who can't read the FAQ ask questions on the support board, you can get a support point. (The only questions I have ever known the answers to are the ones that are easily answered in the FAQ.)

And I'm glad you think I'm cool :) But Staten Island has to be cool, we've got three LJ comms.
