I love potato pancakes...

That's what we're having tonight, potato pancakes with onion in them. I'm curious though, what goes well with that? I'm thinking pork chops, but I have that very often and I have been trying for years to convince my mom to eat less meat. We have chicken, but that was supposed to be for something else. I think I'll have to make it anyway, it's been sitting around.

Wow. Free writing. Very boring. Sorry about that.

Anyway, off to make dinner. To be honest, I just made this post so I wouldn't have a day o' silence. *wanders off*

Mm, potato pancakes.. one of my (many) favorite foods.

When we have them, they're generally our entire meal. Served with a side of applesauce and/or sour cream, they're very filling. We might have a serving of vegetables if we want a little more variety, but that's not often.
