Yup. This is, of course, propelling those conspiracy theorists again.
I hate that phrase. Conspiracy theory. You notice that nobody says that when they actually think there's a conspiracy. I don't think there was a conspiracy, I really think that this is overestimating the brains of the Powers that Be, but I still hate that phrase. Conspiracy theory.
