That's right by me. And since the explosion, the first thought on everybody's mind seems to be "gosh, I hope it wasn't a gas problem!" (Though more people seem to be talking about the longstanding issues with the whole of the city's infrastructure, which can only be for the best.)
I heard the fire trucks, so I think I would have heard an explosion, so at least that's one worry I don't have.
