I think I used up all my file powder, guys. That means my gumbo is okralicious (with zucchini!) and has some nice roux added (and some zucchini!), but is a bit lacking in the file department.
Well, I guess it's too late to back out now! One thing: Is it weird that I always make a little extra roux, then snack on it with a little bit of sugar? It's like shortbread, but without having to run the oven!
