My paid account on LJ has expired. I'll probably renew, if only for comment editing (because I neeeeeeeeeed comment editing!), but right now I'm using their "hey, use our free paid account trial!" because, y'know, free. (Also, I love the small feeling of "sticking it to the man" I get by using their free trial. It's the same feeling I get when buying used books written by authors whose politics I abhor but whose writing I like. They don't get the profit, but I get the book - and it's all legal!)

The trial lets me edit my comments... but not add new syndicated feeds. Can somebody add http://nycparkhopper.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default as a syndicated account for me? Thankies!

Also, if you're in the city with small children, you'll want to read that blog. I already love it. (She and I seem to have similar tastes in playgrounds.)

Is there a particular reason why you didn't create the syndicated feed on Dreamwidth instead? You read there, too, don't you?

Or do you just like to keep all syndicated accounts on one place?

Speaking of which, do you consider either LJ or DW your primary "home" (as it were), with entries mirrored to the other place mostly for the benefits of readers, or do you use both sites (for example, read people on both sites)?

I forget to check my reading list here. I'm a creature of habit. (Also, I forgot to keep updated on who moved where, and now I'm embarrassed to ask everybody to share their username on DW because I should've asked sooner.)

But you're right, I ought to create a feed here on DW. That'd make sense....

I can understand creature of habit - I create all my new feeds on LiveJournal, too, even though I read my friends' entries on both sites.

I can create it when I get home from work. =) In the meantime, what username do you want for it? I suck at coming up with usernames, and I always ask people for suggestions because of that, so if you have one in mind, I'd much rather use that then any crappy one I can come up with. XD;
