This of course leads to the supposed tell that liars are very still and calm to avoid giving off any tells. But if they're good enough they might actively come up with small natural movements to make - or, worse, carefully make the watched-for signs when telling an obvious truth so as to screw everybody up. Pointless. (Well, these lists never agree with each other anyway, so I won't worry about it.)
