the past few days, I walked out on the balcony to check the weather (up here its NEVER reliable due to Lake effect Snowing), and quickly judged it TOO HOT for my coat at all, and went out just in my hoodie and jeans and sneakers.
When I thought to check the thermometer in the car, the outside air temp was 32F.
