For her birthday, I picked Jenn up a waffle cookbook
And I haven't used it, and she hasn't used it, and today - I used it!
Let me be the first to say that peanut butter waffles with jelly are, officially, nummilicious. But next time, I may use fruit syrup, or melt the jelly before serving.
I liked them so much (cannot *wait* to make the clam hash pancakes, and may make them my first Connie-made dinner of the New Year, if I can!) that I firmly intend - don't tell! - to purchase the pancake book by the same author when I have a chance. But shhhh about it, okay?
